Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we are implementing the following protocols for Game Days and Practice Days.

GAME DAY REQUIREMENTS

  1. Players and coaches arriving early before their game will be required to have face covers/masks at all times and maintain social distancing from other teams and players. Players and coaches will be required to check-in with the Site Director and directed to a designated pre-game area where they can warm-up prior to their game.
  2. Players and coaches must report to their designated field and cannot move their tents from the designated location. Visiting teams can place a tent only in the location approved by the Site Director.
  3. Players cannot enter the field and bench areas until the other teams have cleared the area. No benches will be provided to the teams.
  4. Pre-game field warm-ups will be limited to 20 minutes.
  5. Players and coaches should maintain social distancing on the sideline during the game and all substitute players not playing during the game must wear a face cover/mask while in the bench area or sit 6 feet apart.
  6. All players must arrive and depart wearing a mask.
  7. All coaches, parents, spectators, and visitors must wear facial coverings at all times (except children under 2 years of age).
  8. All coaches and team managers on the team sideline must wear masks the entire time at the park.
  9. Players are not allowed to share equipment and must bring their own water bottles, towels, and hand sanitizers. No team coolers are allowed.
  10. Park water fountains and bathrooms are closed.
  11. No sharing of any food eating may be allowed on the bench or team sideline. Individual snacks are allowed by the team, but players must maintain social distancing from others.
  12. No high fives, fist bumps, handshakes or elbow bumps or similar activities before or after a game between the two teams. Teams may socially distance and clap for each other after the game.
  13. Teams must pick up all trash from the sideline upon completion of the game.
  14. Nothing may be left on the bench or sideline area by a team.
  15. Spectators (parents) can watch the game outside the rope lines surrounding the fields at Village Green Park, and remain only on the opposite sideline of the team bench area. They must wear face cover/masks at all times unless they are isolated and more than 6 feet away from all others.
  16. Parents may not be on goal lines (end of fields) or behind the goals.
  17. All rules are mandatory. If a spectator or parent is not wearing a mask and within 6 feet of any other person, they will be asked to put a mask on or leave the field site.
  18. Physical distancing and CDC guidelines must be practiced at all times. Only members of the same family may congregate under a tent together

 MAST ACADEMY

Same game-day requirements above apply, except that spectators will not be allowed entry to the field and must watch the game outside the perimeter fence. Bathrooms will be open and access will be controlled by the Site Manager.

PARKING

Free parking is available at the MAST Academy and around the fields at the Village Green Park.

IMPORTANT: Truist Bank will boot cars that park in the parking spaces curbside around the building.  Park only in spaces around the outer ring. PLEASE READ THE SIGNS CAREFULLY.

PRACTICE DAY REQUIREMENTS

  1. All players and coaches upon arrival will be required to check-in at the designated tent area, use the hand wash sanitizer and take a temperature test.
  2. All players should report to their coach and practice in the area assigned to each team.
  3. All coaches, parents, and visitors must wear facial coverings at all times (except children under 2 years of age); players must wear facial coverings except when engaged in strenuous activities.
  4. All players must arrive and depart wearing a mask.
  5. All coaches on the team must wear masks the entire time at the park.
  6. Players are not allowed to share equipment.
  7. Players must have their own bottles for hydration. No team coolers are allowed and water fountains are closed. No water will be provided. Players must bring their own water.
  8. No high fives, fist bumps, elbow bumps, or similar activities before, during, or after practice.
  9. Teams must pick up all trash from the sideline upon completion of practice.
  10. No sharing of any food and if snacks are brought for the player, they must be eaten away from any player.
  11. Spectators (parents) must remain off the fields and wear masks at all times, unless more than 6 feet away from all others.
  12. All rules are mandatory. If a spectator or parent is not wearing a mask and within 6 feet of any other person, they will be asked to put a mask on or leave the field site.
  13. Physical distancing and CDC guidelines must be practiced at all times.
